643 Homes in Irvine in Pre-Foreclosure Status
As of today, there are 643 homes, townhomes and condos in the City of Irvine that have a Notice of Default or a Notice of Trustee Sale on them. This is the precursor for homes that may eventually be foreclosed on by the bank. We continually track the NODs and NTSs in the City of Irvine and in Orange County for buyers who are looking to purchase bank owned or short sale opportunities. Most banks are shifting from a foreclosure focus to a short sale approval focus. There are many incentives that banks incur in this shift. That being said, banks will continue to foreclose on properties that won't fit the short sale approval box, and opportunities will be had in both of these scenarios. If you are looking for a great deal on a home for sale, in the awesome City of Irvine, please give us a call!
